About Fallbrook Estates and Jan Erik Callne

My name is Jan Erik Callne; I moved to Fallbrook 23 years ago from Aptos, a small affluent beach community in Santa Cruz, California. I really enjoy Fallbrook’s small-town and close-knit feeling and have been involved in real estate for over 15 years selling luxury homes and land in the Fallbrook and Bonsall real estate markets. I’m a real estate agent with a keen eye for detail and a desire to get my clients the best deal possible. I have always loved working with people and helping them find their dream properties; I’m an honest person with a strong work ethic. I firmly believe that direct negotiations are the key to a successful transaction. I think that if you work hard and are persistent, you can achieve anything you want.

I enjoy people, food, and travel; I’m originally from Stockholm, Sweden. I have lived and worked abroad in South Africa and Singapore. I played tennis competitively in high school and college and still enjoy playing now. I enjoy listening to music, spending time with friends, and eating good food in my free time.
