Malabar Ranch, found in one of Fallbrook’s most exclusive gated neighborhoods, is located in southern Fallbrook near Bonsall and Hwy-76. Arthur Appleton, based in Chicago, was a real estate developer, businessman, and racehorse breeder who initiated the developments of both Malabar Ranch and nearby Brook Hills.
