Rolling Hills Estates is a gated, upscale neighborhood in the Olive Hill area of Fallbrook in North County San Diego. It is the only Fallbrook neighborhood with a 24-hour gate guard and offers large homes on large lots with high-end amenities. Residents here enjoy a variety of neighborhood amenities as well, such as an equestrian center, private riding trails, lighted tennis courts, a pond, RV parking and a clubhouse.
With Highway 76 just a short drive from the neighborhood, residents here also enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation, schools and employment centers throughout North County San Diego, Temecula and downtown San Diego. The development of Rolling Hills Estates began in the late-1970s; most homes built between the late 1970s and early 2000s.
Rolling Hills Estates is one of the most prestigious neighborhood in Fallbrook and is the only neighborhood with a 24/7 guarded gate. There are approximately 90 luxury homes in Rolling Hills with various architectural styles and higher-end amenities, such as swimming pools, horse facilities, guest houses, multiple fireplaces, vineyards and upscale finishes. Most homes here are on lots that are at least two acres in size and some properties are zoned for horses. Many of the homes have great views of rolling hills and Palomar Mountain. Neighborhood amenities include an equestrian center, private riding trails, a clubhouse, three lighted tennis courts, RV parking and a pond.
There is an active homeowners association (HOA fee is $495 a month) and board of directors, as well as committees made up of neighborhood members, including a tennis committee, social committee, equestrian committee and architectural control committee.
